Thomas Skaria has dedicated numerous decades of his life to serving in diverse organisations, where he has taken on significant responsibilities and leadership roles. His journey has been marked by a deep sense of commitment, both in the professional arena and in full-time ministry.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Thomas has been actively involved in pastoral ministry in New Delhi, where he has invested his time and energy in guiding, encouraging, and shepherding people in their spiritual walk. Currently, he serves as the Vice Principal, Pastoral Care at Mount Carmel School, where his leadership is marked by compassion, vision, and a commitment to holistic student development.

Passionate about sharing wisdom and experiences, Thomas derives immense fulfillment from public speaking engagements. He has addressed audiences in India and abroad, including schools, colleges, churches, and conclaves. His people-centric approach reflects his strong belief in the power of companionship and the importance of nurturing meaningful friendships. He has often been described as someone who connects with people across generations and cultures, bringing clarity, encouragement, and inspiration through his talks.

Thomas is also an accomplished author, having written five books that reflect his insights on faith, leadership, and life. His writings, much like his speaking, carry a practical and inspirational quality that continues to impact readers across diverse contexts.

Academically, Thomas has pursued a rich and diverse educational path. He holds a degree in Theology, a Diploma in Clinical Pastoral Counselling, and two Master’s degrees—one in Psychology and another in Philosophy. His academic pursuits culminated in earning a Doctorate in Ministry (D.Min) from BILD International, Iowa, where his research and practical insights were rooted in both scholarship and ministry experience. Currently, he continues his academic journey as a Ph.D. scholar at Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology, and Sciences, further deepening his expertise at the intersection of faith, leadership, and human development.

Beyond his professional and academic life, Thomas treasures his family deeply. He is married to Aton, and together they have been blessed with two children. His family stands as a testimony to his values of faith, love, and togetherness.
